ANALYSIS OF INCOME AND EXPENDITURE OF THE STATE BUDGET OF THE KR

The article analyzes the revenues and expenditures of the state budget by regions of the country, since the distribution of income relations is the basis of the financial system. At present, the country has created a legal framework for certain articles that regulates the preparation, execution and budgeting, determining their own sources of income, ensuring cost management and ensuring the rights of participants. At the same time, the decisions of government agencies should increase the economic potential of the community. The article reveals questions about the financial autonomy of local authorities by fully strengthening the financial base, changing the revenue side of the budget, transferring several expenditure and control functions, determined by the basic principles, goals and objectives of development, as well as the main goals
