CULTURE OF POLITICAL DIALOGUE IN THE INTERACTION OF THE STATE AND SOCIETY

The article is devoted to the essential characteristics of a political dialogue and its role in social communication and the development of a democratic society. Author researches the problem of political dialogue and notes that the dialogue as the most effective form of cooperation between the State and society contributes to the solution of national problems and contradictions, reaching agreement and understanding. The author analyzes the characteristics of the political dialogue today, highlights the factors which hamper political dialogue, make it ineffective, and reveals the causes of destructive dialogue. And all these areas "permeates" intellectual-information component - cultural sphere dialogue. The author focuses on the development of a culture of dialogue, as a fundamental principle of cooperation between the state and society
