The article discusses the problems of increasing the efficiency of crop production, the impact on meeting food needs, which will help increase crop growth and solve agricultural problems. The tasks of this sector have been reduced to providing the population with basic foodstuffs, primarily food and light, industrial products. Currently, there are three categories of agricultural producers in this area of production: agricultural organizations, farmers, households. They make various contributions to the production of agricultural products, the individual ratio and quality of resources used, there are trends of unequal development within the main economic regions of the country. However, in general, the situation with crop production is still unstable
