The main objective of the country’s strategic development is to improve the level and quality of life of the population, which in turn requires economic growth in the country as a whole. By creating conditions for full-fledged employment, obtaining high and sustainable incomes, availability of a wide range of social services, compliance with high standards of living in an environment favorable for health and life.  One of the main indicators of the social development of society in the country is its population, and in this article we have considered such indicators as population growth, the number of employed people. After all, a healthy economy requires a high level of employment, in other words, the higher the employment, the lower the unemployment, and accordingly the higher the standard of living. Studies of employment problems occupy one of the leading places in the labor economy, so in modern society, the category in question is one of the most important in the economic structure, since it is an indicator of macroeconomic stability, economic growth
