This article discusses promising areas of state regulation of the labor market in Kyrgyzstan. The most basic tasks aimed at sustainable social, economic development and poverty reduction are listed.  The tasks listed in the article are necessary for the implementation of employment policy and the implementation of targeted measures in the labor market. It is noted that citizens unfortunately do not understand their socio-economic interests, the need and opportunity to receive them from government agencies when developing and implementing a comprehensive economic policy. Special attention is paid to social partnership, which can be successfully used by the state in its own interests. The article notes that only the bearer of a specific interest in the labor market can implement the mechanisms of the labor market and protect it more effectively. Since the labor market is an important component of the economic and social life of society, it is necessary to solve the problems of the labor market in a timely manner, which are among the most important
