GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AS A FACTOR IN KYRGYZSTAN'S ECONOMIC WELL-BEING
A. KhapizovThis article investigates the role of small businesses in Kyrgyzstan's market economy and highlights their significance for employment, social stability, and economic well-being.
The study draws examples from developed economies like Japan and the US, where small enterprises contribute significantly to the economy and provide employment for the majority of the population. The article argues for state support in the form of tax incentives, protection from corruption and the shadow economy, following Adam Smith's principles. It also emphasizes the need to create favorable conditions for young entrepreneurs to prevent unjustified inspections and other detrimental actions. The presence and development of this sector is crucial for Kyrgyzstan's economic, social, and political stability and prosperity
