This article analyzes forensic accounting expert organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic divided into state and non-state entities. It examines the tasks and functions of the State Forensic Expert Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the specifics of non-state expert organizations. The subjects of discussion are the rights, obligations, and justifications for terminating forensic specialists. This study considers the tasks and types of forensic accounting examinations, such as primary, additional, repeated, commission, and complex. It highlights the problems in developing forensic accounting expertise in Kyrgyzstan, including state monopoly and obstacles to non-state expert activities. Recommendations have been put forth to establish an initiative group that would aid in the advancement of state and non-state forensic activities, and contribute to the formulation of legal provisions and strategic documents relating to this domain
