CONTENT OF COMPETENCE OF A SOCIAL EDUCATIONAL TEACHER IN WORKING WITH MIGRANT PARENTS

In contemporary Kyrgyzstan, with over 86,000 children under relatives' care due to parental labor migration, social educators' professional competence is crucial. The theoretical literature and practical experience highlight key areas in working with migrant families. The study found that social educators' effectiveness relies on competencies in psychological and pedagogical support, adaptation assistance in new social conditions, and the promotion of cultural integration. Emphasis was placed on developing intercultural communication skills and fostering tolerance in an educational setting. These findings underscore the need to enhance the training of social educators to effectively support children from migrant families amidst current social challenges
