This study examines tolerance as a moral value and social identity structure within the Kyrgyz culture, referencing domestic scholars. It explores the "person of culture," a multicultural individual with a tolerant worldview, capable of self-improvement and adaptation to modern sociocultural conditions. Emphasis is placed on preserving national identity amid globalization and global integration. This study proposes incorporating mechanisms in the education system to foster a culture of tolerance, thereby developing national self-awareness and preparing individuals for contemporary challenges. This highlights the critical role of tolerance in forming a new personal and national consciousness, enabling harmonious development during global changes while maintaining cultural identity
