STATE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SUPPORT OF LIVING STANDARDS OF YOUTH AND YOUNG FAMILIES IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

In modern Kyrgyz Republic, support for youth and young families is particularly significant in ensuring social stability and economic growth. Key areas of state policy include housing programs, educational initiatives, entrepreneurship support measures, and social benefit systems. The “My Home” program aims to provide affordable housing to low-income families. 
Grants, scholarships, and vocational training enhance workforce competitiveness. Additionally, mechanisms for small business support, preferential loans, and advisory services were considered. Social allowances and health programs contribute to improving the quality of life. Notably, implementing these measures requires refinement, while youth involvement in policy development enhances the effectiveness of government support
