ON THE CULTURE OF WRITING CULTURE FOR SERVICE DOCUMENTS

This study examined the writing standards for preparing official business documents. This study analyzes sources and examples related to document preparation, focusing on language norm compliance, the impact of linguistic errors on text perception, and document formatting requirements. Key language violations, including tautology, pleonasm, incorrect paronym us- age, and spelling errors, were indicated. The quality writing criteria, including accuracy, clarity, neutrality, brevity, logical structure, and language norm adherence, were discussed. This study links writing proficiency to the effectiveness of professional communication. To improve docu- ment quality, it offers suggestions for enhancing writing and text-review practices and contrib- utes to organizational trust and reputation
