THE ROLE OF TRADITIONAL KYRGYZ AND KOREAN VALUES IN SHAPING A CULTURE OF INTERETHNIC RESPECT: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

This study reveals how traditional Kyrgyz and Korean values influence interethnic inter- actions during globalization. Based on a comparative analysis of cultural paradigms, universal principles emerge: collective solidarity, ethics of mutual assistance, and hierarchical harmony. 
The methodology uses qualitative comparative cultural content analysis of literary sources in ethnopedagogy, sociology and cultural studies. Despite their different historical paths, both cultures maintain similar mechanisms for interethnic harmony and adapt historical norms to contemporary challenges, such as migration and urbanization. The practical significance lies in developing educational models that integrate traditional practices into multicultural environ- ments, emphasizing the preservation of ethnocultural heritage for interethnic dialogue
