STATE LANGUAGE IN KYRGYZSTAN AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF ETHNOLINGUISTIC PROCESSES

In this article, the peculiarities of the state language policy in Kyrgyzstan against the background of ethnolinguistic processes are analyzed. Focusing attention on the genesis of the state language policy, some achievements and shortcomings are noted. The influence of political and social processesoccurring in society on language policy is shown. And also the views of the author are supported by scientific views expressed by foreign scholars regarding language policy and ethnolinguistic processes.
