This article will talk about the work of one of the famouse poets of recent Kyrgyz poetry – Zhypara Isabaeva. Zhypara Isabaeva started her work in the year of independence and managed to write many prose and poetic poetry collections. One of the successful song  collections is the collection «Bir uzum ot». The artistic and aesthetic value of  this poetic collection, its plase in modern Kyrgyz literature is discussed, and the poems are analyzed. In J. Isabaeva᾿s collection «Bir uzum ot» the main place belongs to love songs.  It was concluded that the poet was able to write  the theme of love in her own unique rhythm and individual style
