THE PRINCIPLES AND QUALITY ESTIMATION UNDER STATE REGULATION OF EDUCATION SYSTEM IN TRANSFORMATIONAL PERIOD

It also compares the features of modern education and international education standards. The quality of scientific-pedagogical personnel and the quality of educational programs, the process of teaching and scientific research, and the academic quality of the content of education in the condition that they meet the social needs are considered. Today, when the educational reform has entered a new phase, the development of this approach becomes imperative, and the realization of the main directions of the Bologna process increases its clarity and necessity. To date, the conceptual coordinates of the competence approach have been clearly defined, and its main provisions have been formulated. A new stage begins: the competence approach moves from the stage of self-determination to the stage of implementation, when the stated general principles and methodological The installation finds its confirmation in various applied sciences
