CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES IN INTERLINGUAL COMMUNICATION

This article examines the importance of linguistic interactions between Russian and Kyrgyz in modern education by focusing on bilingualism and its sociocultural and cognitive advantages. It presents methods to improve speech culture at the Law College of KNU through bilingualism initiatives, including research projects, events, and Russian language and literature competition. The analysis emphasizes the influence of cultural events, literature, and art on students' language use, promoting a multicultural environment, and enhancing language skills. 
This underscores fostering patriotism, respect for native languages, and the role of Russian as an interethnic communication medium in developing language competencies in multicultural educational contexts
