COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS AND CORRECTIVE APPROACHES IN DISTANCE EDUCATION OF IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL DISCIPLINES IN UNIVERSITIES IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Distance learning in ideological and political disciplines at higher education institutions, against the backdrop of the rapid digitalisation of society and the educational landscape, is attracting considerable attention from the general public, government bodies and the academic community within higher education. In the era of digital technologies and intelligent systems, four main widespread misconceptions regarding modern online education in higher education institutions have been identified: the theory of live streaming, the view that it is completely useless, the concept of a technical transfer of traditional classroom teaching to the online environment, and the erroneous assumption of educational substitution. The article provides a detailed analysis of the underlying causes and sources of these perceptions in educational practice and proposes scientifically grounded, effective corrective approaches. The research demonstrates the need for the harmonious integration of both forms of learning in higher education.
