The given article is devoted to the problem of studying of the phraseological units as the sign and symbol of the national world view. The notations of world view, language world view and national world view are correlated in the research. After all the linguo-cultural specific nature of Russian and Arabic phraseological units are investigating using comparative analysis of semantics and structure of that ones. Appeal to the semantics of phraseological units contributes to a clearer understanding of the national picture of the world, which has long been considered in various aspects of scientific knowledge: philosophical, linguistic
