The article describes how the teacher works together with the parents of the elementary school and the family in general. The activity of a teacher working together with parents of primary school is one of the actual problems in the work of the school and every teacher. Working with parents, including elementary school parents, is one of the most difficult pedagogical activities of a teacher. Today, the necessity and importance of interaction between school and family is obvious. The success of a child’s achievements depends on who and how they influence his development. A child spends most of his time at school and at home, so it is important that the cooperation of teachers and parents is not contradictory and is positively and actively received by the child. This is bound to happen when teachers and parents become allies and like-minded people, who deal with educational issues in an interested and coordinated manner
