FEATURES OF TEACHING ENGLISH AT PRIMARY SCHOOL

MusaevaThis article deals with the training of psychological, physical, moral and speech readiness of primary school students to learn English, the establishment of pedagogical and methodological elements of the effective work of an English teacher in primary grades, familiarization with the methods of teaching a foreign language in primary grades. The effectiveness of the use of game material in English lessons for elementary school students is considered. After all, game material is the best example of speaking a foreign language. Game is the most enjoyable learning method for children. Most students learn to communicate in a foreign language through play. They learn phrases and expressions in a foreign language by memorization. It will be easier for elementary school students to master different intonations of the language, possible connections between words. It becomes easier to understand the structure of the foreign language being studied and, of course, to interpret the complexity and diversity of foreign cultures. The use of game material in order to make lessons interesting and attractive for schoolchildren meets modern requirements
