THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING RESILIENCE IN CADETS OF MILITARY UNIVERSITIES
N.D. Kabakov, E.S. OrozalievThis study explored the enhancement of stress resilience in military university cadets through the integration of emotional intelligence, social cohesion, and cognitive strategies.
Practical solutions include simulating extreme scenarios, team-based training, and combining physical exercise with psychoregulation techniques. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of integrating individual counseling with a trust-based environment in learning. Relaxation techniques and emotional management reduce professional deformation risk, while leadership development strengthens resilience to service challenges. Combining pedagogical methods with psychological support optimizes officer training and minimizes emotional burnout. Inno- vative practices, such as combat simulation and cognitive restructuring, enhance adaptation to high-stress conditions and personalize learning
