BEST PRACTICES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE LABOR MARKET

The article examines international experience regulating labor market digital transformation in platform employment. Comparative analysis covers EU, USA, UK and developing country regulations. Research identifies mechanisms balancing digital economy innovation with workers' rights protection. Examined tools include employment presumption, algorithmic management regulation, data protection, collective rights. Study demonstrates context-sensitive approaches are necessary. Conclusions emphasize adapting frameworks to local conditions maintaining protections. Analysis reveals flexible mechanisms respecting diverse national contexts within labor standards are essential. Regulation must balance innovation with protection. Effective governance requires adapted approaches considering economic development and institutional capacities. International experience shows successful regulation balances competing interests effectively.
